Agreement

These terms apply to kynrewards.com, operated by Kyn Technology Inc., a Delaware corporation at 2803 Philadelphia Pike, Suite B #1844, Claymont, DE 19703, United States. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What this site is

It is an informational website about a product we are building, and a form for joining the waitlist. It is not the product. There is no account to open, nothing to buy, no card to connect and no service being delivered here. Nothing on this site is an offer, and submitting a form does not create a contract between us.

The product described here does not exist yet

Kyn is in development. The pages on this site describe how we intend it to work — goals, contributions, points, partner merchants, the creator dashboard — and they are written in the present tense because that is how you describe a design. Every part of it may change, be delayed, or never ship. Figures and examples shown anywhere on this site, including the estimator, are illustrations, not predictions or promises of what you will earn or raise. Do not make decisions on the basis that any feature described here will exist.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may contact you. It does not guarantee you access, a place in any cohort, a launch date, or that we will launch at all. We may open access in whatever order we choose, and we may decline anyone. You can leave the list at any time by writing to privacy@kynrewards.com, and any email we do send you will carry an unsubscribe link.

Not investment or financial advice

Nothing on this site — including the partner and investor pages — is investment advice, financial advice, an offer to sell securities, or a solicitation of an offer to buy them. Any such offer would be made only through separate documents, to eligible investors, and subject to applicable law.

Using the site

Please do not:

• submit false information, or someone else’s details
• use the forms to send bulk, automated or abusive submissions, or attempt to overwhelm the endpoint
• probe, scan or attempt to breach the site, or access any part of it you were not given access to
• scrape, copy or republish the site’s content, other than ordinary quoting with attribution
• use the site to break the law

Our content

The design, text, images, video and code of this site belong to Kyn Technology Inc. or our licensors, and the Kyn name and logo are ours. Using the site does not transfer any of that to you.

Links elsewhere

Where we link to another company’s site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for it.

No warranties

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, or that everything on it is free of error.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Kyn Technology Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, and our total liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

Privacy

What we do with the information you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, dated at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
